All orders includes shipping and handling fee.
All Australian orders are inclusive of GST.
International customer maybe required to pay additional VAT / GST and/or custom fees.
Stock will only be sent on full payment of the proforma invoice.

Refunds/ Returns
In the unfortunate event that you receive item(s) with major defects, we will require you to send us photo or video evidence of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the evidence and provide a replacement if possible. In the event that a replacement is not possible, we will offer a refund or store credit for your next order.
No exchange or refund is permitted are 2 weeks of receiving the items.
We do not accept change of mind returns.
We do not accept exchanges or refunds on cosplay costumes & accessories, clothing, shoes or jewellery.
Please be aware that minor defects on the corner of boxes can occur during transportation. For such events, we will not be responsible for this.
For items that are not in good condition, before we dispatch the goods, we will let you know prior and you can make the final decision.
